Super popular breakfast spot in the area. The wait was about 45 minutes on a Saturday morning with a very small waiting area with little seating. When we finally sat, our waitress was so sweet and patient despite how many tables she was serving. This is your classic diner spot, great breakfast comfort food with decent prices. What sets it apart is their huge portions. Definitely will go back when I'm in the area!

We've been coming here for many years and everything is always great. Huge and delicious portions, friendly staff, great service, and really clean. Get there early for breakfast because it can get busy. Parking on both sides of the building and along the street behind the building. Kid's meals are a solid amount of food- full sized pancakes and french toast. Hubby and I usually split a savory dish (like eggs Benedict or one of the omelettes) and have on occasion also split one of the seasonal sweet plates.

Husbae and I are globetrotting again. This time Everett WA and I found this little gem on Yelp while trying to calm some hangry grandkids. The wait was about 20 mins on a Saturday morning for 4. Quaint environment and not much space yet just enough to seat a decent crowd. Puts you in the mind of those 70's diner type vibe. I'm sure some of the waitstaff exceeded that era but all helpful and nice. Pancakes and sausage were devoured by two 6 year olds and they kept asking to go back after we'd left. Two picky eaters so I was impressed. I ordered pork chops and eggs with potatoes O'Brien all very tasty. husband created his own scramble. The portion sizes are stupid big and shareable. Highly recommend

We came across this awesome dinner when we vacationed in the area about 5yrs ago. Now that we live in the Seattle area we returned. Oh baby, I am glad it was still here and still great. Let me tell you, if you do not get here before they open you will have a wait even if it is 7:10am. They fill up fast! The food is just as we remembered it and it is very good. Breakfast was perfect and the food seasoned perfectly. The service was impeccable and there were only two (2) servers on duty for the whole place but you could not tell it. They kept everything running like a fine tuned Swiss Watch. This place rocks for any meal and we will return again, and again. Even though we live about an hour away it is still worth the drive. The bonus at Totem, is the sign outside as they are awesome, and extremely funny, and worth reading and seeing the ones posted on Yelp. Go, read, and enjoy a great meal!

We decided to go to Totem Family Diner this morning for breakfast, we haven't been there in 10 years. Quick and friendly service, small cute and homey feel restaurant. The portions are large come hungry or share a meal!! My bf started with a bowl or claim chowder and hot chocolate!!! Yes you read that right!! lol The claim chowder was thick and delicious! This morning I ordered The Bacon Explosion, this pin wheel of sausage and bacon was heaven! I wasn't impressed with the O'Brien potato's not much of a fan of thicker cut potatoes, but they were flavorful!! My bf ordered Country Fried Steak Barge with a side of bacon!! The steak was super thick which required extra chewing. Gravy was thick and covered the meal. They have a wide variety of items on their menu, everyone will definitely find something!!

A great local diner to fit all your diner needs! This was a super cute stop on the way home from a cold hike - it warmed our bodies and hearts :) We started with a hot chocolate because we were so cold. I definitely haven't had a hot chocolate with so much whipped cream before!!! As we were getting served (after ordering), they came out with a HUGE cinnamon roll that the other table ordered - it looked absolutely delectable. But anyways, on the same note, our food came in a huge portion; it was so much more than we expected. Of all the things, what stood out to me was the omelette. While it was a simple cheese omelette, I can't even describe how cheesy it was. The cheese pull was one I've never experienced before! definitely would recommend their omelettes :) The staff was super welcoming and warm (there's no other way to explain it), they were just so friendly. It's your typical local vibes and great company! I would definitely come here again! Would recommend if you're coming back to Seattle from a hike up north, or just passing by Everett!

Party of 7 (2 kids) Thought we could have to be out on a waiting list but got seated right away. Love the mom & pop feel! Lobby was clean. Small'ish lobby booths/tables and chairs. Great friendly staff! Our waiter did great! (sunny) Knowledgeable About large menu & provided suggestions. Food came out in a timely matter! Portions ARE BIG! Come hungry. Definitely Coming back! Ohh and it's affordable! Try the biscuits & gravy!
